Yakcho Maul Sadang Branch

Yakcho Maeul Sadangjeom is an old baeksuk restaurant near Sadang Station in Seoul that serves hwanggi baeksuk, otori, and samgyetang. It occupies a converted house, and the broth carries the scent of medicinal herbs. Each meal comes with a glass of insamju, and the water served is either licorice and hwanggi tea or light barley tea. The hygiene is sometimes lacking.
