Tongyeong Jangeo Jamneun Nal

Tongyeong Jangeo Jamneun Nal is a restaurant in Daehak-dong, Seoul, serving Tongyeong-style grilled eel, eel soup, and myeolchi hoe muchim. The eel comes par-grilled or grilled, and is placed on a grill pan so it does not cool while you eat. Banchan include myeolchi hoe muchim and sirakguk, and the eel soup uses ttaengcho and doenjang to cut the fishy smell. Reservations are required on weekends.
