Passasak Twigim Pocha is a basement-level pocha in Daehak-dong, Seoul, that serves fried food and tteokbokki cooked in broth. The frying covers vegetables such as scallion and lotus root, along with squid, shrimp, and gim-mari, all fried to order and served with tteokbokki in broth. Orders are fried in batches as they come in, so a short wait is expected, and the owner cuts the fried items in front of you. The tteokbokki has a weaker presence in flavor than the fried food.
