Osamsuki

Osamsuki is a grilled meat restaurant in Daehak-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal, beef and bean sprouts with a spicy house sauce. The meal is eaten by wrapping the meat, stir-fried kimchi and crisp bean sprouts, then finishing with cheese fried rice. The fried rice is torched for a charred aroma, and the owner performs a fire show partway through the order. There is no parking, so arriving by car is difficult.
