Myeongmun Samgyeopsal

Myeongmun Samgyeopsal is a meat restaurant in the Namhyeon-dong alleys of Seoul that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar. Meat is grilled on a kimchi samgyeopsal grill plate and eaten with kimchi, kongnamul muchim, and doenjang jjigae, followed by bokkeum bap at the end. At lunch, kimchi stew and sundubu (soft tofu stew) can be ordered, and the side dishes are made in-house. The restaurant also stocks wine.
