Milhyanggi Kalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant near Nakseongdae in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving kalguksu, bossam, and kongguksu. Ordering bossam brings kimchi, mumallaengi, clam soup, kimchi jeon, and steamed egg together with it. A small portion of barley rice arrives before the kalguksu, and the kongguksu uses jungmyeon for a chewy texture. The broth of the bajirak kalguksu is only mildly cool.
