Katsu Odo

Katsuodo is a small tonkatsu restaurant set slightly off the main road in Sillim-dong. The hire katsu has a pink interior with juices intact, while the rosu katsu is thick with a chewy texture. Orders take about 20 minutes to arrive, and customers write their name and party size on an in-store list and state their menu in advance. The shop is small, and on a weekend lunch there have been five parties waiting in front.
