Jung-Gugseong

Jungguksung is a Chinese restaurant near Sindaebang Station in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. It offers seafood-heavy jaengban jjajang, naeng jjamppong, and gan jjajang, and customers must state in advance whether they want the tangsuyuk sauce poured or on the side. Tea is served instead of water, the restroom is clean, and food comes out quickly. The jjamppong and jjajang lack depth of flavor.
