Jokbal Kim Sabeu

Jokbalgim Sabu in Seoul serves jokbal and bossam. The large half-and-half jokbal comes with buljokbal, saeujeot, ssamjang, garlic sauce, and cream sauce. A warming candle heats the plate so the jokbal stays warm through the meal, and noodles are provided as a complimentary item. Single-serving bossam and a one-person jokbal set meal are available.
