Jincheon Kalguksu

Jincheon Kalguksu is an old noodle shop near the Guro telephone exchange in Seoul, serving kalguksu in a beef bone broth and kaljebi. The noodles are soft, and thin hand-torn sujebi and kimchi come with them. It opens at 11:30, and in the small floor-seating space the food takes about 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. The aged facilities make cleanliness a concern.
