Ire Gimbap

Ire Gimbap is a neighborhood snack shop in Nakseongdae, Seoul, selling gimbap, tteokbokki, and rabokki. The signature item is gochujang gimbap, and vegetable gimbap, rabokki, and ramyeon are also ordered. It opens from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., closes on Sundays, and has continued a 20-year tradition. The space is small, so eating in is uncomfortable and takeout is better.
