Hwasang Son Mandu is a Chinese restaurant in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, that serves mandu alongside fried Chinese dishes, a two-minute walk from Nakseongdae Station Exit 3. Mandu comes as a platter of three kinds — fried, meat, and kimchi — with eggplant fries and meat fries served on the side. The wrappers are thin enough to tear when picked up with chopsticks, and the steamed mandu are filled with juice. Without a reservation, you may have to wait outside.
