Hanyang Sutbul Galbi in Seoul is a pork barbecue restaurant serving charcoal-grilled marinated ribs, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and naengmyeon (cold noodles). The pork ribs are grilled over real charcoal, while the samgyeopsal (pork belly) comes in pieces on a dedicated grill and does not need to be cut. After remodeling, the restaurant replaced floor seating with tables, and diners can ask for the grill plate to be changed when it burns.
