Guullag

Guullak is a restaurant in Seoul that grills Korean beef and pork galbi over charcoal. It serves galbi-sal and anchangsal as a set, with doenjang-jjigae or naengmyeon alongside the meat. In the evening the seats fill up, so a reservation is needed, and at lunch it offers galbitang and yukgaejang with self-service side dishes. The space is small and always crowded.
