Gungjeon Banjeom

Gungjeon Banjeom is a small Chinese restaurant in Daehak-dong, Seoul, serving jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The tangsuyuk comes with a sauce that is not overly sweet and a thin, crisp batter. The noodles have a moderate thickness and a chewy texture, and mandu and mini donuts are served as complimentary items. The ganjjajang is not the thick style stir-fried directly in chunjang.
