Cheongsong San Ojingeo

Cheongsong San Ojingeo is a squid restaurant near Sadang Station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving san ojingeo hoe and whole squid jjim. The hoe is mixed with vegetables such as cabbage, perilla leaf, and cucumber along with chojang, while the whole jjim is known for its rich innards. Squid from the tank in front of the restaurant is caught and cooked to order, and waits of over 30 minutes or lines of more than an hour are possible even on weekdays. The squid are on the small side.
