Migadam is a neighbourhood set-meal restaurant in Seoul serving jeyuk bokkeum, a jaban mackerel jeongsik, cheonggukjang, and boribap. The signature way to eat boribap is to mix it with namul, sesame oil, and gochujang, then eat it with cheonggukjang; the jeyuk bokkeum has a smoky flavour, while the mackerel is soft and savoury. The cheonggukjang is cooked with kkakdugi, and Migadam makes its kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) by drawing the noodles in-house. The restaurant is often crowded at mealtimes.
