Sushi Bishoku

Sushi Bishoku is a sushi restaurant in the Guro Digital Complex business district that serves a lunch omakase. The course includes about 20 items, among them abalone, geu sauce, tuna belly, sweet shrimp with shrimp innards, and futomaki, with rice amount and wasabi adjusted to preference. The chef explains the taste and composition of each dish and asks about ingredients you cannot eat beforehand, replacing them with other dishes.
