Nae Gohyang Someori Gukbap

Naegohyang Someori Gukbap is an old restaurant in Guro-gu, Seoul that serves someori gukbap, someori suyuk, and sundae jeongol. Ordering someori suyuk brings a bowl of someori broth alongside it. The someori suyuk is thick and chewy, and the broth can be refilled. In the evening the seats fill up, and with one person each on the kitchen and the floor, serving runs slow.
