Hwaseungwon is an old Korean-Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its ganjjajang has little sweetness and a strong flavor of onion, cabbage, and chunjang, and it also offers gochujjambbong and tangsuyuk. The japchaebap is stir-fried in pork fat and comes with a bowl of egg soup. The portions and ingredients are not generous.
