Gaebong Kalguksu

Gaebong Kalguksu is an old neighborhood restaurant in the alleys of Gaebong-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu, mixed noodles, and ugeoji gukbap. The signature mixed noodles are boiled in sagol broth with mideodeok, minari, tofu, mushrooms, and potato. The place has been running since the 1990s, and after the broth boils the noodles are added, with more noodles available on request. Parking in front of the store is difficult.
