Yujeong Sushi

Yujeong Sushi is a 50-year-old Japanese restaurant in Gunsan serving sushi and raw-fish set meals. Its menu includes live-fish sushi, mixed sushi, live-fish hoe, and fish soup, with side dishes and fried items served alongside. The maeuntang (spicy fish stew) is seasoned so that it is neither too sweet nor too spicy, and the restaurant has tatami rooms and table-and-chair rooms. The sushi rice is thick and on the salty side.
