Sundori Gopchang

Sundori Gopchang is a gopchang and makchang grill restaurant in Gunsan that cooks over briquette fire. The gopchang and makchang are seasoned the same way and grilled directly over the briquettes, and thick-cut scallions come out with them. On weekends the wait can run past an hour, and a kimchi stew is served free with an order of alcohol. The odeng soup is on the mild side.
