Seou Sikdang

Seowu Sikdang in Gunsan serves Jeolla-style baekban with monkfish soup. The signature dish is agwi baekban, which comes with a spicy monkfish soup filled with raw monkfish, plus soy sauce crab, doraji muchim, and grilled croaker. The restaurant appeared on Heo Yeong-man's Baekban Giheng, and the crab and grilled croaker can be ordered as additions. Parking is difficult, so use a taxi when possible.
