Sandongseong

Sandongseong is a Chinese restaurant in Gunsan. It serves sweet and sour pork made with glutinous rice and kkanpunggi, while jjajang and jjamppong come with handmade pulled noodles. Ingredients from the same-day dawn market are used up to make the food, and the four-to-five-person Hwamok course includes nurungji tang and palbochae. The jjamppong broth is light, but the seasoning comes across as bland.
