Pyeonghwa Jokbal sells japchae and jokbal inside Gunsan Public Market. The spicy japchae comes as a noodle dish with broth, and the gimbap is eaten dipped in cho-gochujang. For takeout, the broth and vegetables are packed separately, and after the broth boils you add the noodles and vegetables and boil for 5 more minutes. The portions of jokbal and japchae are generous.
