Poppai Galbi

Poppai Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Gunsan that serves Hanwoo so galbi and naengmyeon together. The Hanwoo so galbi is sweet and light, with tender meat, and the meal pairs the galbi with naengmyeon. The mul naengmyeon is lightly seasoned, while the bibim naengmyeon is sweet and spicy with the heat arriving late. Side dishes are limited to baek kimchi, cucumber, garlic stems, and sauce.
