Milgiul Bajirak Kalguksu

Milgiul Bajilak Kalguksu in Gunsan serves bajilak kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). The dish comes in a spicy broth with Cheongyang chili peppers and plenty of clams, alongside geotjeori, kkakdugi, and ojingeo jeotgal. The noodles are boiled separately to keep the broth clear, and extra-large portions of noodles and clams are available. The dumplings resemble commercially available mulmandu.
