Jjaebo Sikdang is a seafood restaurant in Gunsan that serves flower crab, shrimp, abalone, conch, and soy-marinated salmon. It sits near Chowon Photo Studio in Gunsan, and its signature ganjang modum set brings the seafood together in one spread, lightly seasoned and eaten mixed with rice and seaweed. On weekends the wait can run about 30 minutes, while the soy-marinated crab ordered comes out almost immediately. The portions and side dishes are small relative to the food.
