Hongcheonru

Hongcheonru is a Chinese restaurant in Gunsan. It serves tangsuyuk and wangsaeu haemul jjajang, with its regular tangsuyuk fried in the old-fashioned style instead of using glutinous rice. The tangsuyuk has no meat odor, a springy texture, and stays crisp until the end of the meal. The jjamppong is mild and clean-tasting, so it can seem bland if you prefer a rich flavor.
