Daejeong Kalguksu

Daejeong Kalguksu is a noodle shop across from Wolmyeong Community Center in Gunsan, serving kalguksu, soba, mandu soup, and mung bean pancakes. The soba comes with a light broth and a clean finish, and the soba set includes mung bean pancakes and mandu. There is a large parking lot, and food arrives quickly after ordering, though soba customers crowd in during summer and may have to wait. The kalguksu noodles are thin and do not have much of a hand-cut texture.
