Bultaneun Myeongtae Jjim

Bultaneun Myeongtae is a myeongtae jjim restaurant in Jochon-dong, Gunsan. It serves myeongtae in a clear broth with cheongyang gochu and kongnamul instead of a red sauce, along with soft myeongtae flesh. Clean tableware and banchan come out, and the broth is refreshing and spicy like jiri. Unless you ask to adjust the spice level, the broth is quite hot.
