Yang-Gagdo

Yanggakdo is a North Korean cuisine restaurant across from Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang, serving naengmyeon, gullin mandu, and eobok jaengban. Chef Yoon Seon-hui, who is from North Korea, runs the kitchen and serves broth simmered from beef, pork, and chicken with noodles high in buckwheat content. The building has an above-ground parking lot, and you can ask for parking registration when you pay. For the suyuk, cuts other than the arongsatae are dry.
