Myeongdong Kalguksu Mandu is a restaurant in Goyang’s Neunggok Traditional Market, serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), kongguksu, and mandu (dumplings). Bajirak kalguksu comes with chewy noodles and a clear broth. Kimchi and kkakdugi are served with the meal at a properly fermented stage. The owners’ service is blunt.
