Myeongdong Kalguksu

Myeongdong Kalguksu is a restaurant in Goyang that serves kalguksu, naengmyeon, and bulgogi. The kalguksu can be ordered with Gaeseong-style handmade dumplings filled with bean sprouts, and the mushroom jeongol comes with mushrooms, broth, noodles, and dumplings. Parking is available in the building's basement, and the restaurant tends not to be crowded, so tables are usually open. The hoe naengmyeon noodles are as thin as microfiber, which weakens their texture, and the Hamhung naengmyeon bibim is strongly seasoned.
