Yoshizawa

Yoshizawa is a restaurant near Ginza in Chuo City, Tokyo, serving shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. The sukiyaki is cooked and brought out to be eaten with egg. It opens at 11 AM, and waits of 15 to 30 minutes, or up to two hours, have occurred even at weekday lunch. The sukiyaki broth can taste salty.
