Yoshi Soba (Ginza)

Yoshi Soba (Ginza) is a standing soba and udon shop in Ginza, Tokyo. Customers choose among futsuu soba, kyokuhaku soba, and thin udon, and can add a set with tempura or pork shabudon. It is open 24 hours, and orders are placed at a ticket vending machine with photos; food comes out in 30 seconds to 3 minutes, and noodles can be upsized for free. Kyokuhaku soba is wide, so it is hard to slurp like regular soba and has a texture closer to udon.
