Sushi Taichi

Sushi Taichi is a sushi restaurant serving Edomae omakase on the second floor of a building in a Ginza back alley. The lunch course brings 15 pieces of sushi, and the shari is pressed small. After entering with a reservation, diners can choose whether to start with appetizers or go straight to the sushi. At tables with regulars, the owner keeps up personal conversation throughout the course.
