Sushi Mitomi

Ginza Sushi Mitomi is a small counter restaurant in Ginza with seven seats, serving sashimi and Edomae sushi. After the sashimi comes an omakase of about ten pieces, including white fish, squid, zuke, and shellfish. The restaurant is open at 3 p.m. and takes online reservations, and orders are omakase by default. Soup dishes are not included in the course.
