Ginza Skiyabagu is a restaurant in central Ginza that serves thick hamburg steak. You choose the meat weight, toppings, sauce, and a set with rice, salad, and soup, and the patties are formed by hand and juicy. At meal times a 20- to 30-minute wait is common and tables turn slowly. The interior is small with tables close together, and seating three or more people together is difficult.
