Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Marronnier Gate Ginza 1 is a Nagoya-style freshwater eel restaurant on the 12th floor of Marronnier Gate in Ginza, Tokyo. Hitsumabushi is eaten three ways: plain, with added seasoning, or poured over with tea. Arriving without a reservation at 4:30 pm on a Saturday, a party of about six groups ahead can still enter at the 5 pm opening for the first seating. There is a wait and the price range is on the higher side.
