Ginza Yakitori Kyotamba

Ginza Yakitori Kyotamba is a yakitori restaurant on the second floor of Ginza Grand Belle Square on Ginza Corridor Street, about three minutes from Ginza Station. It serves Kyoto Takasaka chicken, and its seasonal course includes chicken sashimi aged five days, straw-smoked sasami, shiro lever, and tsukune, with skewers grilled one at a time over Kishu binchotan charcoal. The restaurant sits between Shimbashi Station and Yurakucho Station, within walking distance of both, and the interior is a calm wa-modern space. The chicken has a weak concentration of flavor, and some skewers are oily.
