Ginza Tenkuni is an Edomae tendon restaurant on the Ginza street, with more than 140 years of history. It serves tendon and tempura set meals, placing fried shrimp, squid, and vegetables in a sweet sauce. The dining room looks out over a wide kitchen, where the tendon is prepared in view of the tables. The fried pieces are soaked in sauce, so they are soft rather than crisp.
