Ginza Asami is a Japanese restaurant in a quiet alley in Ginza, Tokyo, a few minutes on foot from Tsukiji Market Station and Higashi-Ginza Station. It serves kaiseki centred on sea bream ochazuke, with thick slices of sea bream tossed in a rich sesame sauce and served with wasabi and red sprouts, then eaten by pouring broth over rice. At lunch, the sea bream ochazuke set comes with three small side dishes and mizu yokan, and rice can be refilled at no charge. The sea bream is eaten first as a side dish, then finished by pouring hot tea over it.
