Udongjip

Udonjip is an udon specialty shop near Gijang Market in Busan that serves udon, soba, and gimbap. The gimbap is rolled with Japanese-style egg to keep it soft, and the set meal comes with salad, steamed egg, and dessert. The shop opens at noon, and phone reservations are accepted only for the first seating. There are five tables in the back, so everyone else waits on site, and food takes time to arrive.
