Syun

Shun is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Gyori, Gijang, Busan, that also serves Nagasaki champon and ramen. It offers flounder sushi with white kimchi and pollack roe with aged kimchi, and sushi is made to order and handed to the customer. Staff name each menu item as they pass it over, and Japanese draft beer is available. Parking is inconvenient.
