Songmi Hoetjip

Songmi Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant at Woljeonpo Port in Gijang, Busan, serving grilled sea eel and maeuntang. The eel is grilled over charcoal and served with gochujang seasoning, side dishes grown on site, and pickled ginger. From the second-floor window seats, diners look out over the sea, and additional side dishes are taken from a self-service counter. The portions of eel are on the small side.
