Jisu Nongwon

Jisunongwon is a restaurant near the beach by Haedong Yonggungsa in Busan that serves duck courses: charcoal-grilled duck, griddle-grilled duck with melted butter, and duck soup. One duck is grilled over charcoal, then cooked on a buttered griddle, and finally served as a soup with sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) and glass noodles. Meals are served only on the second floor, where there are about five tables, so call before noon to reserve for lunch. The space is small with floor seating, which is uncomfortable, and the interior is not clean.
