Jeongseong

Jeongseong is a Japanese restaurant in Busan serving sashimi and sushi, located a 10-minute walk from Exit 1 of Gijang Station. Tuna and salmon sashimi and salmon sushi are the signature dishes, and a lunch sushi course includes salmon, vinegared shrimp, soy-marinated shrimp, egg, and fried tofu. Hours are 11 AM to 9:30 PM, with a break from 3 PM to 5 PM and closed on Sundays. The dining space is small.
