Handasot Gijang Branch

Hansot Gijang is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves sotbap and grilled fish, located across from Dongbusan Premium Outlets. The menu pairs galbi, daege, abalone, and salmon sotbap with grilled mackerel, hairtail, and samchi. After the rice is scooped out, hot water is poured into the pot to finish as sungnyung. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and waits form on weekends and during meal times, while the sotbap portions are on the small side.
